From a side job to our own company

By profession I am an electrical engineer and I work as an AI engineer. Like many students, I funded my studies by working in building cleaning — in the evenings after lectures, at weekends, during the semester breaks. Together with many fellow students.

In that time I learned two things. First: this work deserves far more respect than it gets. Second: the difference between a good and a bad cleaning service is not the equipment, it is the people who actually turn up in the morning.

To this day I stay in touch with many students who want to work in this field alongside their studies. That is exactly how BERGO Services came about: a company that employs those people fairly — and gives clients a team that thinks along.

That is why we never send you someone we do not know ourselves. Everyone who works with us speaks German, understands your instructions and knows why care matters.
