Hotel and restaurant cleaning in Wuppertal
Rooms, dining room and kitchen are three jobs — three rhythms, three standards, three times of day. Force them into one contract and you clean too much in one place and too little in another.

In hospitality, cleaning is not background noise — it is part of the product. Guests judge it without naming it, and the verdict is online the next morning. Meanwhile the business keeps running: there is no window in which the building is empty.
Three areas, three tasks
They follow different rules — which is why they belong in the contract separately:
Rooms and suites
Scheduled by occupancy, not by calendar. Departure and stay-over are two different services with different times — and different prices.
Dining room and public areas
Daily, before opening. First impressions decide here: floors, upholstery, glass, guest washrooms.
Kitchen
To your hygiene plan, with records. Its own products, its own documentation, its own rhythm — none of which bundles with the dining room.
Discretion is part of the service
In an occupied building, cleaning staff move among guests. Who enters which area when, how lost property is handled, what is touched in a room and what is not — that belongs in the specification, not in a briefing on day one. We put it in writing, because otherwise every new temp starts from scratch.
What hotel and restaurant cleaning covers
The binding scope is in your scope of work, set out area by area.
Rooms and suites
Departure and stay-over cleans, bathroom, linen, restocking the amenities.
Kitchen to your hygiene plan
Cleaning to your HACCP plan, documented. The plan stays yours — we work to it and evidence it.
Dining rooms and halls
Floors, tables, chairs, bar, window sills. Before opening, not during.
Washrooms and wellness areas
Guest WCs, changing rooms, sauna and wet areas. High traffic, high visibility, little tolerance.
Carpets and upholstery
Spray extraction on schedule or as a periodic deep clean. A dining room's smell lives in the upholstery, not the floor.
Glass and entrance
Entrance doors and window fronts — the first thing a guest sees, and the surface that picks up fingerprints fastest.
What to look for in a quote
Should be in there
- Rooms, dining room and kitchen as separate items
- Night hours and their premiums named explicitly
- Settled who keeps the hygiene records and where they are held
- A cover plan for sickness and holiday — a callback on Monday is no help on a Saturday night
Should raise an eyebrow
- A room price with no distinction between departure and stay-over
- Night work in the price but not in the contract
- “HACCP compliant” without saying who documents what
- Rotating staff in an occupied building
Common questions
Do you clean to HACCP?
We clean to your hygiene plan and document what we did. The plan itself stays your responsibility — it belongs to the operation, not the contractor. What we supply is traceable execution: who, when, which area.
Do you work at night?
Yes, in hospitality that is the rule. Night, Sunday and public-holiday work carries premiums — the rates are in the quote, not on the first invoice. Statutory rest periods are observed: someone who finishes at two does not start again at seven.
Do you handle upholstery and carpets?
Yes, on schedule or as a periodic deep clean. In dining rooms that is not cosmetic: upholstery absorbs odour, and a dining room is often judged by its smell before anyone looks around.
What happens if someone is off sick?
We plan with standby cover. If someone drops out, our system proposes a replacement who meets the conditions — availability, rest periods, familiarity with the building. A house that cannot get cover on a Saturday night does not have a staffing problem; it has a planning problem.

Where we work
We are based in Wuppertal. Short distances mean punctual teams — and a contact who knows your building. Outside these cities, ask us: for a building of the right size we can be there at short notice.

We will look at the building — at night too
Rooms, dining room and kitchen have their own hours. We work around them, not the other way round.
