Office cleaning in Wuppertal

Before eight in the morning or after six in the evening. Your people should walk into a clean office — not dodge a vacuum cleaner while they work.

Office cleaning is maintenance cleaning with particular care: screens, paper, confidentiality. The daily part is small and quick, the weekly part thorough, and twice a year we collect what the year leaves behind.

What decides the rhythm

An office rarely needs the same everywhere. Three questions usually settle it:

1

How much visitor traffic

Eight desks with no visitors is not a law firm with a client reception. Reception is seen every day; the archive rarely.

2

Where people eat

Kitchenettes are the most common point of friction in an office — and where cleanliness slips fastest. They belong in the daily part, not the weekly one.

3

How much equipment sits on the desks

Screens, keyboards and cables determine what a team may touch at all. That belongs in the scope of work, not in a verbal understanding.

A rhythm that works in many offices

Not a standard — a starting point for the site visit:

  • Daily · visible clean
  • Weekly · maintenance
  • Twice yearly · deep clean

Daily means: empty the bins, wipe the desks, remove visible soiling — twenty minutes that create the impression. Weekly covers vacuuming, mopping and a thorough job on the washrooms. Twice a year adds windows, upholstery and the surfaces nobody else reaches.

What office cleaning covers

The binding scope is in your scope of work. This is the usual frame.

Desks and office furniture

Desks, shelves, chairs. What is on the desk stays on the desk — we only clear what you release.

Floors and carpets

Vacuuming, mopping, care according to the covering. Under the desk counts too, even if nobody sees it.

Washrooms

WCs, basins, taps, mirrors. The area your people judge the cleaning by.

Reception and meeting rooms

The rooms your clients see. Scheduled by occupancy, not by calendar.

Kitchens and kitchenettes

Sink, worktop, fridge exterior, coffee machine. The most common point of friction in an office — which is why it is written down explicitly.

Bins and consumables

Emptied and separated; soap and paper refilled before the dispenser runs out.

What we do differently

There are files in your rooms and computers on your desks. Who works there alone in the evening is not a detail.

Named staff

You know who was in your rooms. With keys and filing cabinets involved, that counts for more than a per-square-metre price.

Keys handed over in writing

Who, when, which item — issue and return are documented. A key whose whereabouts nobody knows is an open building.

Hours that are evidenced

Clocking in and out on site, with location. The hours on your invoice are the hours that were worked.

A scope of work, not a lump sum

Every item stands on its own: area, task, frequency, minutes. What happens to screens and paperwork is settled there — not left to the evening.

Common questions

Do you clean during working hours?

As a rule, no. The daily visible clean runs before people arrive or after they leave, and the weekly part happens outside your hours anyway. If your building allows no access outside office hours, we place the visits in the margins of the day.

Are the kitchen and kitchenette included?

Yes, and they are named explicitly in the scope of work. It is the point that causes the most disagreement — so we write it down instead of assuming it.

What about screens and paperwork?

Screens are dusted dry, paperwork is not touched. What may be cleared and cleaned is settled at the site visit and written down — so nobody has to decide in the evening whether a stack of files is an obstacle or a task.

And if it is a medical practice?

Then different rules apply. Treatment rooms, waiting areas and washrooms follow a hygiene plan, not an office standard — products, concentrations and sequences are prescribed. We discuss that separately, because a practice is not office cleaning with a surcharge.

Let us look at the space

Half an hour on site is enough to settle rhythm and scope. After that the price stands and is not renegotiated.
